We require a minimum commitment of one hour per week for three months, though many of our volunteers and their students have been working together for much, much longer.

Our program improves the odds that our “Littles” will perform better in school, avoid illegal activities, have strong relationships with their parents and peers and succeed as adults.
Big Dad's Mentoring & Training CenterProvides positive male role modeling to set standards for young boys growing up with absent fathers. This program also offers preventive and intervention guidance and counseling for at-risk youth, particularly, young boys and men of color.
